I have been managing people and businesses for 17 years.  I have learned to always treat my employees as the most integral part of my business, and in turn they treat customers in the same manner.  Employees need recognition, and our customers need to feel connected to the product.  Harder economic times means customer need to feel good about their investments as well.

From overhauling a dance studio, designing and painting a 240ft x 28ft wall in 4 days, arranging travel and accomodations for projects, working within a strict budget, time management of other team members, prioritizing tasks within the project as they come up, finding the right person for the right task, Project Management for me is being the hub of communication and consistent follow up for my team so that we exceed expectations.

Holistic and usually inspired by one piece (decor/furniture/trinket) and matching it with the client's personality and wishes, I can accentuate or completely overhaul one room or a complete space.  I am usually inspired by the client's story, what they want to get across and ultimately, the function of the space.
